Pasta making class in Milan

Learn to make fresh egg pasta the way Italian grandmothers do: flour, eggs and your hands. In 3 hours you knead the dough, roll it out, cut tagliatelle and fill your own ravioli, then sit down to eat them with a glass of wine, in Nonna Bruna's family kitchen near the M4 Coni Zugna stop.

Why this class

Real fresh pasta, not a demonstration

Every guest has their own workstation, so you do every step yourself: the flour "fontana", the eggs, kneading, resting, rolling and cutting. Nothing is prepared in advance for you.

You choose the dessert that comes with the pasta: Pasta & Tiramisù or Pasta & Gelato. Both last 3 hours and cost €75 per person, everything included.

No experience is needed: the class is designed for complete beginners, and everything is explained step by step so you can make it again at home.
