Surrounded by original artwork and antique furniture from our family’s Palladian palace, you’ll cook in a refined, authentic atmosphere—like being invited into a real Italian home. During the class you’ll make iconic dishes from scratch: fresh pasta, tagliatelle, and handmade ravioli. You’ll also choose one dessert to prepare—either classic tiramisu or traditional gelato—and then sit down to enjoy everything you made. My love for cooking and our family recipes has grown over the years through training with top Italian and international cooking schools. I’ll guide you step by step so you can learn techniques you can recreate at home. You’ll learn pasta and ravioli techniques inspired by professional cooking methods, plus my family’s signature tiramisu—soft, creamy, and unforgettable. If you choose the alternative, you’ll discover how to make authentic gelato with rich flavor and a smooth, silky texture. The location is perfect for travelers: you’ll be minutes from the Duomo, Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper, Fondazione Prada, and the lively Navigli canals. We’re in Milan’s Design and Fashion District—great for a pleasant evening stroll—and the metro runs until 1:00 a.m. Getting here is easy: take the M4 (Blue Line) to Coni Zugna – Via Foppa. The home is just 20 meters from the station. Cooking for family is a tradition passed down through generations. Depending on availability, your class may be taught by Nonna Bruna, her daughter, or her grandchildren. You’ll receive an email with your instructor’s name 12 hours before the class begins. If you would like only Nonna Bruna as your instructor, please note we cannot guarantee this 12 hours in advance.
