You’ll learn the ice cream or the perfect italian tiramisu recipes, chatting with new friends from all over the world, in an unique and refined atmosphere.
My job had me travel a lot and developed a passion for all the different foods of the world, recipes that I tried and learned on site. I toured the world at least 10 times and tonight I will share my passion for cooking and teaching my family’s secret recipes for perfect Italian fresh pasta, handed down to me across generations. My passion for cooking and my family’s recipes were improved in time at the best Italian and international cooking schools, also including the PAUL BOCUSE Institute in the beautiful castle of Ecully (3* Michelin).

In poco tempo vi spiegherò le magie più segrete della cucina italiana di tradizione, sul mio roofgarden fiorito o in orangerie circondati da un terrazzo pieno di fiori e alberi da frutta, in pieno centro a 20 minuti a piedi da Piazza Duomo, e con la metropolitana e il tram che in 5 minuti arrivano dal Duomo al mio giardino segreto.
Prima di creare una perfetta coking class, ho telefonato ai miei tanti amici: dagli Stati Uniti alla Cina, dal Nepal all’Australia, dal Sud Africa all’India e ho chiesto a tutti di quale specialità italiana avrebbero voluto diventare maestri.
