We will discover the secrets of the italian aperitif, the most popular in the world: Spritz, the golden aperitivo, then the Bellini or Rossini with strawberries, peaches or Mimosa with orange.
But what is better than cooking fresh pasta carbonara and drinking a good aperitif?
We will prepare a plate of handmade pasta carbonara; fresh pasta prepared according to my grandmother’s recipe, which I improved in the best Italian and International cooking schools (Institute PAUL BOCUSE 3* Michelin in the beautiful Ecully castle): old style, with only few ingredients and a good aperitif in your hands.

Instead of carbonara sauce You could ask another the sauce (Only for private group) between:
Cacio and pepper sauce, arrabbiata sauce, garlic and oil sauce, lemon sauce, gorgonzola sauce, original Italian Alfredo sauce
