Where is the class held?
In our family home in central Milan, in Via Giuseppe Dezza 47. We are just 20 metres from the M4 (blue line) Coni Zugna metro station, and only minutes from the Duomo, Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper and the Navigli canals. You will receive the exact address and the door instructions in your booking confirmation.
How long is the class, and how much does it cost?
Every class lasts 3 hours and costs €75 per person, everything included.
When do classes run?
Every day, in two time slots: 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–21:00.
Which classes can I choose from?
Four hands-on experiences: Pasta & Tiramisù, Pasta & Gelato, Pizza & Gelato and Pizza & Tiramisù. Each one lasts 3 hours and costs €75 per person.
What is included in the price?
All the ingredients and equipment you need, your apron for the class, the full meal you have cooked, a glass of good white wine and our homemade limoncello.
Do I need any cooking experience?
None at all. The class is designed for complete beginners: everything is explained step by step, so that you can make it again once you are back home.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes — just tell us when you book. Vegetarian is always easy, and we can usually arrange other requirements with a little advance notice.
Are children welcome?
Yes, from age 8 and up — it's a hands-on class with knives and hot stoves, so we ask for that minimum age. Same price, no discounts. Making pasta and pizza by hand is great fun for kids of that age, and families are very welcome.
What language is the class taught in?
Classes are taught in English and in Italian.
How many people are there in a class?
Max 30 guests per seating, split into two classes in two separate rooms, each guest with their own workstation, so everyone cooks hands-on, and private groups are welcome on request.
Who teaches the class?
Classes are taught by Nonna Bruna or by her grandchildren. You will receive an email with the name of your instructor 12 hours before the class starts.
How do I book?

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the class starts. No refund after that.
