You will enjoy delicious icecream and homemade italian pasta, prepared with your own hands, in the romantic orangery or in the roof garden with by a glass of excellent quality red wine per person, closing with chilled homemade limoncello from the organic lemons grown on my own terrace…
PASTA E TIRAMISU’
During this lesson you will learn several fresh pasta recipes with very italian sauces, the most classical and historical ones like tagliatelle and ravioli, tortellini, tortelli, cappelletti…different forms and different names for the world’s most famous Italian recipes. I will teach you a lot of different shapes and all secrets so that you can go back home as Italian Chefs. But how about carrying a VERY SWEET memory of Italy in your heart forever? The secret of my tiramisu, a family recipe – soft, sweet, mouth-watering, unique!!! Once we are done, you will sit in the romantic orangery to enjoy your creations with a glass of white or red wine.
